High Temperature NTC 100K Thermistor with 1 Meter Cable

Description:

This isHigh-Temperature NTC 100K Thermistor with 1 Meter Cable for 3D Printer Prep. The thermistor is a thermally sensitive resistor known for exhibiting a large change in resistance with only a small change in temperature.

It is important to note that a thermistor’s change in resistance is non-linear. It follows a pre-defined curve which is provided by the thermistor manufacturer.

Positive thermal coefficient (PTC) will increase in resistance with an increase in temperature, and negative ones (NTC) will decrease. But the formula in practice is not linear, so sometimes an accurate table of measurements is better than the linear formula. These measurements can usually be found in the datasheet that accompanies the thermistor.

Note: This High-Temperature NTC 100K Thermistor can only be used with a high-temperature heat Block which is not included in this Package

The improvements compared to the other temperature resistance in the market

1. Upgrade from the ordinary temperature probe directly exposed temperature measurement to resistance package temperature measurement. Temperature measurement head cylinder diameter 3mm, length 15mm, can be used with the heating block that supports this thermistor.
2. The temperature measurement range is increased from -50 ~ +250 to -50 ~ +350. It helps a lot to print high-temperature filaments and can replace the original K-type thermocouple temperature. If need to print high-temperature filament, the High-Temperature NTC 100K Thermistor is highly recommended.
3. This new version temperature measuring thermistor adopts 304 stainless steel, with the internal temperature package to ensure the maximum service life with precision temperature measurement.
4. High-Temperature NTC 100K Thermistor adopts a white high-temperature cord, which can bear higher temperatures. And for customers’ convenience, the wires adopt a line connection, the customer can tear the wires depending on their application. The high-temperature line is double thicker than others in the market, and not easy to break off.
5. Can be used with the new version of the heater (the new heater can heat up to 350 degrees).
