The Digital Sensor TTP223 Touch Sensor Module Capacitive Touch Switch is based on a touch-sensing IC (TTP223B) capacitive touch switch module. Allows you to remove the worry of conventional push-type keys. The Digital Capacitive Touch Switch Module is based on TTP223B.

Normally, it outputs low and keeps at a low power state. When a touch is sensed on the circular marked region, it outputs high and switches to the quick response state. When not being touched for 12 seconds, it changes to a low-power state again.

The TTP223 Touch Sensor Module works by detecting changes in capacitance when a conductive object, like a finger, comes into contact with or approaches the touchpad. It provides a digital output signal (usually HIGH or LOW) indicating touch detection. When touched, the output goes HIGH; otherwise, it remains LOW.

The module is designed for low power consumption, which is advantageous for battery-powered applications. It typically operates within a specified voltage range, commonly around 2.0V to 5.5V DC, making it compatible with a wide range of microcontrollers and digital systems.

Interface Description

• Control Interface: A total of three pins (GND, VCC, SIG), GND to the ground, VCC is the power supply, SIG digital signal output pin
• Power Indicator: Green LED, power on the right that is shiny
