The Waveshare RS232/RS485 to Ethernet Converter is your gateway to streamlined data exchange. This compact yet powerful device empowers your systems with high-speed, reliable connectivity, ensuring your operations run smoothly and efficiently.
The RS232/485 TO ETH is an industrial RS232/RS485 to Ethernet converter, which allows bi-directional transparent data transmission between RS232/RS485 and RJ45 port Ethernet, even at the same time, it can be configured via the webpage.
It supports customized heartbeat packets and customized registration packets which make sure the connection is truthful, as well as actively retrieving sensor data and auto-passing the registered packet as an identifier after the connection is established so that different devices can be distinguished.
The Waveshare RS232/RS485 to Ethernet Converter comes with several working modes such as TCP Server, TCP Client, UDP Server, UDP Client, and HTTPD Client (supports GET and POST). etc.
Designed with versatility in mind, this converter effortlessly bridges the gap between RS232/RS485 protocols and Ethernet networks. Its plug-and-play functionality and intuitive setup process make it suitable for both seasoned professionals and those new to networking technology.
