The operating frequency range is 1-8000MHz, can detect -65 to 5dBm RF signal and with DC voltage output the detected signal strength (in dBm, logarithmic detection).
The RF signal is converted into a DC voltage output. RF signal corresponds to the amplitude or power of the output voltage. You can do signal strength indicator RSSI, spectrum analyzer, gain control.
